We work in the water and sanitation sector providing comprehensive consulting services to public institutions, regulators, governments, private operators and other stakeholders advising on strategic plans, PPPs studies, mergers and acquisitions, tariff setting, market evaluation and institutional support. Our team has the expertise to provide comprehensive, strategic advice throughout the water sector, helping our clients to develop and implement their plans for efficiency, sustainability, and improvement of water utility services.

Energy Efficiency

Our work in energy efficiency focuses on reducing energy consumption in wastewater treatment plants, diagnosing current performance and capacity, and introducing intelligent algorithms and digitalization to increase efficiency and improve wastewater and sludge treatment. We do this through our partnership with a well-recognised solution provider, whose digital intelligent platform enables better process control, enhanced monitoring, and operational cost reduction.

Carbon Emissions

We partner with recognised solutions providers to design and implement a Greenhouse Gases Emission Inventory Tool, designed to help water utilities monitor their carbon footprint, evaluate environment impact of new infrastructures, and monitor periodic variations on their Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. We’re involved in assessing and developing the implementation of a Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) project in Portugal, in alliance with an European solution provider.
