The 2024 Ranking of Water and Wastewater Utilities, consolidates all performance indicators published by ERSAR and ranks utilities in terms of Quality Performance, Price, and overall Quality–Price ratio.
A total of 16 performance indicators for water supply services and 17 for wastewater services were assessed for all 219 Portuguese mainland utilities.
